What Qritico is

Qritico is a place to keep track of the games you play, rate and review them, find what to play next and share it with other people. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy notice.

Your account

You need to be 13 or older. If you are between 13 and 17, you need the permission of your parent or guardian. Each account is for one person; keep your password safe and tell us if someone else gets into your account.

What you publish

What you write and upload is yours. You give Qritico a free, non-exclusive license to store it, show it and adapt its format inside Qritico and its share links while you keep it published. When you delete it, the license ends.

You are responsible for what you publish: it must be yours or you must have the right to share it.

Community rules

Not allowed: harassment, threats or hate; spam; fake reviews or votes, or using several accounts to gain points; pretending to be someone else; unmarked spoilers; explicit sexual content or extreme violence; sharing other people's personal data; and anything illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may hide or remove content that breaks these rules, reset reputation earned by gaming the system, and suspend or close accounts. You can report anything from the app.

Data from other services

Game information, prices, achievements and streams come from IGDB, Steam, IsThereAnyDeal, GG.deals, Twitch and other services. The names and trademarks belong to their owners and Qritico is not affiliated with them. Prices can change: confirm them in the store before you buy.

Qritico Pro and Pro+

Subscriptions are charged through Google Play (or with a card on the web, where available). The price in Mexican pesos and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. They renew automatically until you cancel; you can cancel anytime in Google Play, Subscriptions, and you keep the benefits until the end of the period you paid for.

Your price drops as long as you stay subscribed: monthly plans go down at months 4 and 13, yearly plans in the second and third year. If you cancel and let your plan run out, you start again from the first tier. A declined payment does not cost you your tier if you fix it within the store's grace period.

The yearly plan includes 30 free days the first time. Refunds follow Google Play's or Stripe's policies and the consumer protection law that applies to you.

Features with artificial intelligence

Voice reviews and "Ask in your own words" produce suggestions that can be wrong. Nothing is published without you reviewing it first.

Changes and availability

We improve Qritico constantly, so features can change. We work to keep it available but cannot guarantee it will never fail. To the extent the law allows, Qritico is offered as is and we are not liable for indirect damages.

If we change these terms we update the date below and the app asks you to accept the new version before continuing.

Ending

You can delete your account whenever you want from Settings. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.

Write to privacidad@qritico.app about anything related to your data or these terms.
